"Have you ever dreamed of staying in an ancient stone house in a beautiful valley surrounded by snow capped mountains, with a lively trout stream bubbling by outside the windows? Would you like to stay in a secluded and private chateau which is a convenient distance from all the attractions of the French Alps? If the answer to any of these questions is " yes", would love staying at Sarah Gill's "Le Petit Nid". But I must point out, though it is a wonderful "nid" ( nest in French), it is far from "petit" ( small in French). It is a full sized 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, with large kitchen, dining area and salon, and complemented by a covered outside BBQ area , a large extra storage room and ample parking. Its location is superb in the heart of the Maurienne Valley and close to several quaint villages from which all the necessities of life can be obtained. And there is a beautiful swimming lake with clear clean water a heartbeat away. The house is tastefully furnished with comfortable furniture and art. It comes complete with every amenity you could need, and if you should desire anything more, just mention it to Sarah, who lives next door and and she will fulfil your every request. Also, She is en excellent professionally trained chef, so do not miss the opportunity to partake of one of her delicious dinners.
Simply stated, this holiday property is a real gem. Do not miss it. You will not be disappointed."
