"This started with a warm welcome by Sarah with a cold beer. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and a rushing mill stream, this newish chalet-style house built over an ex-mill afforded excellent comforts. Chief among these was the Cordon Bleu dinner (underpriced), for which we awarded six stars - really. Great company from our hosts too, joining us for Madame’s delicious home-made liqueurs."
